On Sunday 15th February, a team from Hayshine Pharmacy performed blood pressure and blood sugar testing to local residents supported by Bexley Community Champions Ian and Siziwe.

Around sixty people were tested, and given advice and signposting around various aspects of health and wellbeing. Three residents with high readings were referred to their GP.

The team were also delighted to partake in Langar, the delicious food was much appreciated – as was the amazingly warm welcome.

If you know of a community group or setting in Bexley where we could visit to provide testing or information, please let us know.
