Bexley residents have the chance to get fit for free in our green spaces this spring. A range of activities for all ages and abilities is available at parks across the borough, provided by Our Parks due to funding from London Borough of Bexley and Bexley Wellbeing Partnership.

These sessions have been underway through the winter months, but now we are blessed with lighter evenings, a new programme has been launched with more early evening sessions. Taking part is completely free – just sign up and come along.

• Steven’s Park, Beginners HIIT, Monday 18:30
• Craydene Open Space, Beginners circuit, Mondays at 19.00
• East Wickham, Beginners HIIT, Tuesday 09:30
• Southmere Lake, Beginners bootcamp, Tuesday 10:00
• Danson Park, YOGA, Tuesday 17:30
• Willersley Park, Back to Exercise, Tuesday 19:00
• Abbey Wood Rec, Stretch and Bend, Wednesday 09:15
• Foots Cray Meadows, Back to Exercise, Wednesdays 17:30
• Belvedere Rec, Beginners bootcamp, Thursday 18:30
